WORK

The visual identity of L’Oyat is rooted in a quiet, deliberate elegance, directly inspired by the plant that revive memories of Normandy for the chef, Jeremy Sergeant. The logotype is defined by strong, refined strokes, balancing precision and tension, evoking both gastronomic and the organic verticality of the plant.

The deep green and beige palette emerges naturally, reflecting a dialogue between vegetation and sand, freshness and mineral tones. It establishes an atmosphere that feels both grounded and alive.

Altogether, the identity expresses a contemporary and meaningful approach, embodying a cuisine that is sensitive, rooted in its origins, and oriented toward a modern, elegant experience.
